How Can I Find A List Of Reject Codes? (Federal & State)

TaxSlayer Pro contains the Reject Codes and their descriptions for the Federal and  most of the States located in the software for your convenience.  There are a few places to access them:

  • E-File Main Menu
  • Client Status
  • Click on the IRS Reject Icon at the Top of the Screen
  • Right-click any where inside of TaxSlayer Pro (Choose either IRS Reject Codes or State Reject Codes)
